Better than I expected
I wanted a drawing tablet, for making art for my indie games, because it's pretty hard with a mouse, and my budget was low.
So I went with the deco 03, it was cheap, nice reviews on youtube and the features, I've had it for about 24 hours, and I LOVE it :)
Easy to setup
Works right out the box with my programs (krita, blender, affinity designer/photo)
The first thing I tried was connecting it to my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra with a usbA -> usbC and the wireless dongle, after connecting the dongle in my phone and switched on the tablet, ~5 sec later it just worked.
The information on if it would work on an Android device, I didn't find in any review, so I wasn't expecting it, but when it just connected and worked, made me love the tablet even more.
Now that I only have had it for about 24 hours, I can't say anything about how it would work in the long run, if it fails after 6 months or so, but at this price, it wouldn't bother my, I would just by another, or even upgrade for a screen tablet instead.
But as for now, I love the tablet and would recommend all new artists on a budget to buy it.
And I live on an island out in the middle of the Baltic Sea called Bornholm, and it took 3 days from Germany to my door, so that was also a great experience.

Good beginner tablet
I'm not that experienced in digital tablets but I have to say that for this price it's doing its job extremely well and I don't really have any complaints.

All good but the wireless...
The experience is good overall, however the wireless setup proved problematic in my case. The instructions in the manual leave a very important part that is very easy to be overlooked. The distance from the receiver needs to be very small in my case, almost touching it. You cannot see that problem in videos since people trigger it close to their laptops, so it always works.
Additionally, the USB receiver is very uncomfortable to pull out of the pen casing, since it is glossy and flush with the USB end it provides no grip whatsoever, which would not be a problem if it wasn't so tightly held in there by what i presume is rubber.
I understand quality may vary from device to device, but the range to initiate wireless mode is way too small considering the bluetooth spec it is advertised with. Hopefully once started the connection does not fall apart when i move at my sitting place.

Best non screen tablet out there
PRO: I looked for sooo many non screen tablets and i can say for sure this one is the best. I like the design,the wheel and keys are all in a corner easy to use with one hand,when i draw i dont even use the keyboard anymore. This tablet is also wireless and the battery seems to last a long time!
CON: If things are obstructing the wireless path or if u go further than 1.5-2 meters away the tablet wont work and you have to use the wire,sad,i rly wanted to use this from my bed few meters away xd
