Just Plug and Play
Order the cable, because the 3 in 1 was too bulky. I ordered it and in about a week the cable arrived. I removed the 3 jn 1 and plugged it in and it already worked, yeah needed to recalibrate and fiddle with the settings, but it all worked straight from the box, nothing too major. Definitely a must for just not having bulkier and jankier desk!

Not working, not enough details
Even if you have the listed tablet, the cable might not work for you. I have a USB-C hole in my laptop, and still, there is no signal, i can only use the tablet without the screen. I could have done that with my totally average USB-C cable, which costs much less than the XP-Pen one. They don't put this in the description, tho. You don't know if you have the correct USB-C hole in your laptop or not until you plug it in, and it doesn't work. The hole looks the same, the description doesn't tell you to check, the only write "USB-C", which is exactly what I have. I shouldn't be an expert on USB-C cables to make my tablet work. If i had known this, I would have ordered the other cable. Please put more info into the description about this. I am very much broke, and i can't order another cable for a while.

After checking, the USB Port of Redmi 9 is USB 2.0, not Android (USB3.1 DP1.2). So It is not compatible with Artist 13 2nd.

hello! i have bought a usb-c cable in the past but my tablets screen says "no signal" and doesnt work, it only works on my phone but without display :( this makes me very sad because i cant always access the pc in my house because it does not belong to me. and i also feel like i have less privacy over my art in general . im using the phone infinix NOTE 12 pro 256gb with 8 + 5 GB ram. will buying the official cable work with my device?

That\'s why the USB-C to USB-C connection doesn\'t work with your phone.
